Heather Bradley is an Associate Professor of Epidemiology at the Emory Rollins School of Public Health. She is an infectious disease epidemiologist whose main research interests include surveillance methodology, racial disparities in HIV and hepatitis C infections, and the intersection of infectious diseases with the U.S. opioid epidemic. During the past few years, her research focus has grown to include racial disparities in COVID-19 outcomes as well as the health of people who inject drugs (PWID). She previously served on the faculty at Georgia State University School of Public Health. Prior to that appointment, Dr. Bradley spent eight years at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in positions ranging from Epidemic Intelligence Service (EIS) Officer to Associate Chief for Science in the Division of HIV/AIDS Prevention.
